Christmas 2019 Activities
During the Christmas holidays, we had lots of fun learning some new skills.
On December 19th, we went to Southbank Club to practice our circus skills. We tossed around flower sticks, juggled and did plate spinning.
These activities taught us about goal-setting and resilience.
Then, we headed to M-Shed for a fascinating workshop on chocolate-making.
Here we showed our curiosity and confidence.
On December 30th, we explored We The Curious and experienced the amazing solar system odyssey at the planetarium.
Here we showed curiosity, teamwork and leadership.
Then we walked to the BUMP roller disco in Millenium Square.
We fell down a few times but always got back up after.
Resilience and teamwork were really important here.
Our last activity day for the Christmas holidays was on January 3rd, when we went climbing at Red Point and then to the Bristol Museum.
At Redpoint, we climbed all the way to the top and then jumped down.
Here, we showed resilience and confidence.
We had lots of fun exploring the Bristol Museum afterwards and then sharing our findings with each other.
We had an amazing time and can’t wait for the February activities!
